The Baker's Lab brand is dedicated to living up to a high quality taste factor. The bar was set in 1984 by established and renowned master patisserie Loretta Vidal.  Our attention to flavor, detail and creativity keep referrals coming; our baked goods essentially sell themselves.

Owner, operator Kimyata was raised in the local area and spent early years within a home based bakery owned by Loretta Vidal. Having grown up to acquire a love for sweets and a natural passion for art, Kimyata creates a merge between the two making a living out of what she loves for the people she loves. 

 

 

The Lab

 

The Baker's Lab is a limited food and catering service. We specialize in catered baked goods, pastries and desserts. We also offer event serving staff and coordination services. We operate throughout the GTA providing our treats and services anywhere possible.
